About Me

Hi! My name is Kristen, and I was born and raised in South Jersey. I graduated from Rowan University with degrees in English and Communication Studies. I’ve always been drawn to storytelling, but when I’m not creating, you’ll usually find me spending time with friends and family or out capturing photos just for fun.

What I Do

I’m a Senior Product Marketing Manager for a home services company, where I create marketing assets like one-pagers, case studies, articles, and thought leadership posts for executives that strengthen brand authority and engagement. I develop and execute full-funnel content strategies that drive awareness and conversion, host webinars to educate and connect with industry professionals, and send regular email communications to keep contractors informed and engaged. I also conduct homeowner surveys to uncover insights that inform marketing strategies and shape future campaigns.

Before product marketing, I built my career as a Digital Content Strategist and Social Media Manager, leading creative strategy and content production across platforms. I developed brand voices, managed social campaigns, and produced videos that increased engagement and built community trust. That hands-on experience continues to shape how I approach storytelling, strategy, and audience connection today.

I freelance as a social media manager, video producer, and photographer, shooting with a Canon DSLR and editing with Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, and Canva, while managing publishing schedules through Sprout Social. Whether behind the camera or behind a campaign, I’m passionate about creating authentic, visually engaging content that connects people to the brands they love.
