Hi! My name is Kristen. I’m a Senior Product Marketing Manager for a home services company, where I develop and execute full-funnel content strategies that drive awareness and conversion, host webinars to educate and connect with industry professionals, and send regular email communications to keep contractors informed and engaged. I also conduct homeowner surveys to uncover insights that inform marketing strategies and shape future campaigns.

Before product marketing, I built my career at Modernize as a Digital Content Strategist and Social Media Manager, leading creative strategy and content production across platforms. I developed brand voices, managed social campaigns, and produced videos that increased engagement and built community trust. That hands-on experience continues to shape how I approach storytelling, strategy, and audience connection today.

I freelance as a social media manager, video producer, and photographer, shooting with a Canon DSLR and editing with Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, and Canva, while managing publishing schedules through Sprout Social. Whether behind the camera or behind a campaign, I’m passionate about creating authentic, visually engaging content that connects people to the brands they love.
